Indication:

Instgra (Dolutegravir)is indicated in combination with other antiretroviral agents for the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) infection in adults and children aged 12 years and older and weighing at least 40 kg. Instgra (Dolutegravir)is an HIV-1 integrase strand transfer inhibitor. It works by blocking HIV-1 integrase, an enzyme needed for the HIV virus to replicate.
